The Richman Group Development Corporation worked with architecture+ and FXFOWLE Architects to design this mixed-use development on the site of the former City Hall. The design features two inter-related buildings that frame a central piazza and create a visual connection from the city to Riverfront Park and the Hudson River.

The buildings recall the best of Troy’s older buildings in their materials, pedestrian orientation, and scale and massing. Both buildings will have street-level retail and spaces for other opportunities such as an outdoor terrace for cafés and retail carts. The second floor of one or both of the buildings may contain office space. The upper floors will be for apartments and associated amenities. A two level parking garage forms the base of the project.
