The $5.2 million building was designed to provide a more inviting public face for the campus and the University Police that expresses an open, transparent, and inclusive relationship with the campus community and compliments the architectural language of the existing campus architecture. Construction phasing was critical to the timely completion of the project due to extensive site utility and site development work required.
