architecture+ designed this new three-story apartment building to be constructed on Fifth Avenue in Troy on the site of the current Italian Community Center, which was to be demolished as part of this project. Prospect Landing is a $20.2 million, three-story, 66-unit apartment building. The 76,400 square foot building will accommodate studio and one and two-bedroom apartments on all floors along with tenant community space and recreation amenities located in common areas of the first floor.

The façade is layered with varying materials to add architectural interest and composition to the street and courtyard façades. Community spaces are located on the ground floor facing the street to add activity to the surrounding neighborhood. Bocce courts provide community recreation and connect the new facility with its Italian Community heritage.
