We were commissioned to perform extensive interior and exterior renovations to this long neglected building. Fortitech Office/Warehouse

architecture+ designed a new $5 million office/warehouse facility for Fortitech, Inc., a manufacturer of nutrient premixes for the food and pharmaceutical industries. There are 16,000 square feet of office space on two floors. The building is designed to reduce operating costs and offer flexibility. East Greenbush Public Library

East Greenbush Public Library Exterior

This one-story building features community rooms that are strategically located to allow use after library hours. As a result of this design, the Library is heavily used for community activities. Since opening in 2000, circulation has increased five-fold.

Departure Museum Shop

architecture+ designed the new Airport gift shop and information desk on the main level of the terminal. The gift shop was relocated to this larger, more prominent location that was previously home to the Airport’s information desk.
