McKinstry Dining Renovations

This was a full renovation of the existing dining hall took place over the summer of 2022. architecture+ and Sodexo worked hand-in-hand to create a new food service model on campus. This included options to grab-n-go, stations for special dietary requirements, and inviting dine-in experience. The existing terrazzo floor was restored, new custom millwork was designed, and accessible gender-neutral restrooms were created. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were required to support the new food service equipment and required extensive coordination with the existing systems.
