architecture+ previously renovated the entire dining facility as part of comprehensive renovations to Tuscarora Hall. This new venue was needed to meet the increased demand for kosher dining options on campus. The architecture+ team collaborated with Campus Auxiliary Services, Sodexo, and campus Rabbinical leadership to design the venue and branding to support and enhance the kosher standards.
