architecture+ has completed several projects at the Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center. This includes the design and construction of a four-story, 22,000 square foot addition to provide 29 new assisted living apartments (with 31 beds) as well as the redesign and renovation of 11,500 square feet with 19 existing assisted living apartments.

We were also responsible for master planning, design, and construction for the expansion of the 60 independent living apartments on the campus. The program included additional apartments, exercise facilities, and other common areas.
