This one-story building features community rooms that are strategically located to allow use after library hours. As a result of this design, the Library is heavily used for community activities. Since opening in 2000, circulation has increased five-fold.

"The East Greenbush Community Library has wonderful natural light with the clerestory windows above and the large paned windows overlooking the countryside. Sunshine dances on our walls from the clerestory windows, especially in the winter. A pleasant place to work, a desirable place to visit!"
