architecture+ was retained by Troy Savings Bank to design new facilities and renovations for existing facilities in New York’s Capital District. Wynantskill Branch - New construction of a one-story bank branch designed to fit on a dense suburban site in a rapidly growing community. The building features the latest in drive through, ATM and teller facilities, as well as the latest configuration of customer service-focused banking.

Operations Center, Troy - Renovation of 20,000 square feet of space on one floor of a large urban multi-story office complex. The project included providing intensive computer and data facilities designed to service the bank’s regional branches.



Clifton Park Branch - A creative conversion of a former fast-food restaurant to a busy suburban bank branch and associated offices for Family Investment Services. Design of the 4,000 square foot building is based on the latest model of customer service-focused banking.
 
Guilderland Branch - Design of a compact banking facility fitting within the characteristics of a busy retail strip mall.



Latham Branch - Conversions and additions to a single family house on a major arterial for reuse as a branch banking office. The project included three drive-through lanes and a drive-through ATM.
