Working in close conjunction with the University at Albany Facilities and Residence Life Departments, we reconfigured and modernized these student residence halls to meet current student needs within tight time and budgetary constraints. A refined interior finish design and the introduction of laundry and collaborative group study and social spaces on each floor throughout the building created a more modern residence life experience for the students. The traditional dining hall space was recreated into a themed food court with various dining options to meet the varying student needs.
