Vincent Lepera

A principal of Lepera & Ward from 1980 until its planned dissolution, Vincent joined architecture+ in late 2002. Vincent expresses a strong commitment to the preservation of historic buildings and ecologically sensitive architecture.

Vincent has established a strong record of professional service involving a variety of building types and uses. He has particular expertise in adaptive reuse and historic preservation, having been involved in a number of notable projects including the Rice Building and the Troy Savings Bank with its acoustically renowned Music Hall. He has been involved in many revitalization efforts in the City of Troy, and is a founding member of TAP, one of America's oldest urban architectural advocacy and planning organizations.

He has also developed specialized expertise in masonry construction and restoration and high-end custom home design.
