Stephen Kervin joined architecture+ in 2004 after graduating from Roger Williams University with a degree in architecture and a minor in sculpture. He has extensive woodworking experience including work with a custom cabinetry builder. He maintains his own shop where he develops furniture, cabinetry, and lighting. His hands-on work has contributed to his keen sense for detail with an emphasis on constructability. During his time at architecture+, Steve has managed a wide array of projects for colleges and universities, municipalities, retail/commercial, residential, and healthcare clients. He serves as an office resource for software training and employee development and manages day-to-day physical plant aspects of the office. In addition to his project management work, Steve has served on the board of directors of local community non-profit organizations and is acting Secretary of the American Institute of Architects, Eastern New York Chapter.
