Mary Kate Young

Mary Kate Young is a versatile architect with over twenty years of experience with educational, library, government, commercial, and residential projects. Her portfolio includes renovations and additions to existing buildings, historic preservation and restoration, as well as new construction. She is an experienced manager with a proven ability to motivate and manage a design team from conceptual design through construction administration while maintaining high standards. Since 2001, she has focused on educational projects for colleges, universities, and independent schools. Her experience includes residence halls, student and athletic centers, libraries, and academic buildings. In recognition of her abilities, she was named an Associate with architecture+ in 2007 and a Principal in 2014.
